The quality care and assistance given by the person we spoke to, who helped us find the choice that we wanted, helpful advice given when you asked, and went through it all again with us to make sure we were getting it as we requested pointing out any possible details we might have missed.

Had a friend who had a funeral plan from 2005. When she passed away recently her plan was used right away with no hassle from the funeral director. Everything was organised. We decided after the funeral that we should buy a funeral plan to help our family when the time comes.
