This company sells fakes! bought a moschino hoodie from them, believing it was genuine. its a low quality item, the genuines are real high quality material and label is clearly fake as well
Good experience
Placed an order Sunday and didn’t receive any email confirmation, however I did receive a shipping email on Monday. Was very worried after reading reviews and the website disappeared, however received my order 4 days after ordering and everything is as described and therefore cannot complain.

No issues whatsoever
Given the really bad reviews, I was skeptical about placing an order but I desperately wanted the item and took the plunge, and so glad I did! I had a really positive experience with Choice and no issues whatsoever. After placing the order, I received my confirmation and the dress was delivered a matter of days after - all in perfect condition. I would shop here again and don't have a bad word to say :)
Not terrible just long delivery
After reading the reviews, I had no hope that my order would arrive. I had no updates with the shipping after a week and thought I had been scammed. However my Vivienne Westwood earrings which I got on sale eventually arrived over a week later. Just happy I got them but disappointed that it took longer than expected.
£64 bag arrived in time but very poor…
£64 bag arrived in time but very poor quality and part of the Logo was damaged. This was right at the front of the bag. Very disappointed. Customer service refused to dispatch another in time for a birthday present, even though I could prove I had sent the faulty one back. Consequently I had a refund and went elsewhere for a perfect bag. Would not use again.

Not very impressed. I placed an order 5 days ago I received a confirmation email but I’m waiting for a dispatch email but I guess they haven’t dispatched it yet.

Poor customer support
I placed an order a week ago and hadn't heard anything since to say it was sent. I decided to contact customer support and ask what was happening and asked if it was out of stock or still arriving.
I received a reply the same day blatantly saying it was still due to arrive, they could see it was located in the secondary warehouse and would soon be inspected and sent out.
This morning I received another email stating it was in fact cancelled, out of stock and I'll be getting refunded.
So in the space of a day I was promised it was still in stock and due then told it was out of stock and they're sorry. They were quick taking my money not long after ordering though.

Absolutely awful communication, operations and support.
Ordered a pair of trainers over the weekend and was told they’d arrive in 3-5 working days and I’d receive email confirmation once dispatched.
It’s now been 4 working days and I leave the country for a month on Sunday. Contact number doesn’t work and the customer services email states 3 working days to receive a response. I managed to get through to CS and asked if I could pay for a 24hr shipping service or collect from the stratford store. Customer services were completely useless and kept telling me the same message as already stated on the website.
I genuinely can’t express the level of frustration I’ve experienced dealing with choice store. Definitely avoid these guys if you value your time!!
Still missing my order
I have not yet received my order from November. I have emailed them twice and still haven’t gotten anything. Frustrating
Very nervous ordering a Canada Goose…
Very nervous ordering a Canada Goose jacket in the sale haven seen some of the reviews. It was such a good price I went ahead and pleased to say it has arrived fine and I am delighted with it. There was a day or two delay so emailed CS and they explained the sale had caused some delays which I could accept given the great price. Will defo order again.

I never normally write reviews however felt the need given all the negative posts. Absolutely cannot fault the service, very responsive to emails, both orders received with no missing items. All were sale items, with significant savings so was expecting that some items could have been sold out. Thanks again Choice Store - this was my second purchase from you and again without fault.
Don't buy from this company
Ordered items 9 days ago and now out of stock having had an email from them even though I phoned them after 5 days from ordering to say item was in stock and would be delivered after 5-7 days. They take your money knowing very well items won't be delivered and now got to wait another 5 working days for refund. So around 14-15 days before refund back to your original payment card. Seems to me this company is just about making interest off your money for a few weeks knowing very well they cannot honour the agreement. Definitely would not buy again from this company.

Order Item 10th Jan, due to all the negative reviews I emailed then daily for update on the item. They kept saying my order is secure and item is coming back from warehouse. After, 8 days they finally said item is out of stock, but clearly is available on their website to purchase now.
I wanted to gamble and get a good sale on the item that’s the only reason for trying choice.

I ordered an item last week for a birthday gift which is tomorrow and the item still hasn’t arrived. The telephone Number takes me to a line which doesn’t even ring, emails aren’t being answered anymore, got a message from DPD saying they got the tracking details but no parcel yet. So surely that is this company not sending out stuff on time, and I paid £6.99 for delivery and with the shocking experience I’m having il be possibly demanding that back.
Confusion as to how to return online orders
Did some shopping online in the sale the items came with no problems. I Kept some items but some I didn't want, so wanted to return them. Well this is where my troubles begin. It is so unclear how I should return the items it's a joke it says I should put paper work in the packet that never came with the item. It really is a joke. The only two things that is very clear is the customer pays for the cost of return and it cannot be return to the store. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM CHOICE AGAIN ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS IF YOU WANT TO RETURN IT. I still have the items and will be trying to contact customer service today. (Wish me luck)
