Ordered a ring Sept 16 2024 and not received it by Nov 26 2024. Emailed a complaint and no reply. I've since checked up on the company on various sites and now wish I'd done so in the first place. FRAUDSTERS.

Pure crap
Pure crap. They took my money, but never even provided me with an order number or tracking number. When I tried emailing them on their website, I received a message that something went wrong. When I tried calling them repeatedly, the line was busy. This place is a scam, DO NOT BUY from them.

I ordered a lighting ring
I ordered a lighting ring. Never received it. Never received a tracking site they said they would email. I contacted them via help chat. No response. I contacted them via email. No response. I called the phone help line. It only response with call back at a later time.

Paid for 3 items and only got 2
Ordered 3 items and paid via PayPal. only 2 items were sent. reached out to the company and PayPal who said because the 2 items were received there was nothing that would be done about the missing one. neither would return my money or arrange for the missing necklace to be sent out. I thought paying via PayPal would protect me but it hasn't.
