No invierta con ellos / Do NOT invest
Funciona come fraude/scam. Ellos te muestran retornos buenos, y te prometen que puedes sacar tu inversiones después de tres años, pero en el final 100% quedará con ellos y sus socios en “fees”.
Por un ex-pat es un disastre - tienes que seguir pagando por mas de una decada. Todos los retornos estan comidos en fees, multas, etc.
Evítalo! Yo perdí $50.000USD con Jonathan Haskell. No tienen licencia para vender este producto en Chile. Lo mismo paso con un colega mio.
Do not invest with them. I invested as an ex-pat after being told that I could withdraw 100% of the funds after three years. In fact, the cost of withdrawal was the entire $50,000USD invested. The same thing happened to a colleague. After "investing" with CI Associates, we both lost 100% of our investment in "fees" and "penalties".

Dear Mr Forestell,
Thank you for your comment. As you understand we reviewed your case in detail and your pension payments were made direct to a Third Party Independent Pension Provider. We did not receive payments directly and we do not hold clients funds.
You signed a contract with your pension company to retirement and we explained that this was subject to conditions for retirement. You signed an illustration showing that you understood the terms and conditions and whilst I understand your personal situation changed we are cannot change retrospectively terms and conditions with a third party.
