Non excisting customer support
They advertise with worldwide shipping, but forget to declare items correctly for customs office. Now the ignore my mails and don‘t even pay my money back.

Disintegrating Fabrics. Poor quality. Great design
The clothes are really beautiful. However for the price point you’d expect much much better durability. I bought 4 pairs of shorts and several tank tops about 12 months ago, and all of the shorts’ internal liners have disintegrated almost completely. It’s quite drastic - the fabrics just don’t last. From one month in the internal pockets started to disintegrate, and by now all of the shorts are unwearable. The design is beautiful but the quality is Temu level. Which is a real shame

First package I ordered never arrived
First package I ordered never arrived. Second package got stuck in US Customs because Ciele failed to fill out the paperwork properly. Their customer service is useless. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Trustful site but expensive returns
Trustful site, but doesn’t offer free returns. Leaving in France, I had to return a cap to Netherlands which costs 14,50€. A third of the price of the product. I will not buy again on their website.

Excellent product and customer service
Shipping is "corona-slow", but the customer service is above and beyond.
Even after a mistake from me landed my package in the wrong country customer service went well above expected to get me my cap as fast as they could.
10/10 would buy from them again.
