Cigar Page use to be good when the cigars I ordered shipped from Florida. Last two orders shipped from Pennsylvania and the quality is literally garbage. I am done ordering from these guys!!!!
They once had very good prices. There prices now are horrible and worse than that they sell or promote all "garbage" cigars! They email you 3 times a day with "junk"
They have seriously gone DOWN HILL hard find other sources there are plenty!
Cigar Page is pushing nothing but garbage cigars!
I recently purchased a 10-pack of Montecristo Platinum Toros. While the shipping box arrived intact, four of the cigars inside were severely damaged and unsmokeable. As a loyal, repeat customer, I was highly disappointed by my experience with your support team. I was informed that I cannot receive a partial refund because I already discarded the damaged items. While I understand company policies exist, rigid rules should not override basic customer satisfaction and retention. Forcing a long-term customer to hold onto ruined, unsmokeable product just to prove a claim is poor service. I hope management will review this situation and offer a reasonable resolution.
Cigar page has good prices but don’t be in a hurry to get your order. I ordered on a Sunday and on the following Wednesday they were still processing the order. My experience with Thompson Cigar, Famous Smoke and Cigars International would all have my order processed and out the door on Monday. Tuesday at the latest. Cigar Page for some reason can’t seem to process orders in a timely manner.
I have been ordering from CP for a while. At first, everything went well. Then I noticed the shipping times started taking longer. Then I started getting cigars that would crack, split, and even explode when I took them out of the cellophane and tried to light them. I figured maybe it was something I did wrong. Then, I ordered a box of Liga from CP on 4/26, and it took over a week to arrive. When it did, I was greeted with a box of stale crumbly, dried out cigars. The other box, Drew Estate Undercrown Shade, clearly had been opened and returned for the same reasons. When I contacted customer service, they said I should immediately put them in my humidor when I get them. As if I left them out to dry or something. I got them on Saturday, and on Saturday, I opened the boxes to put them in my humidor. They were bone dry and cracking. $180 for that box. They acted like it was my fault that it took them a week to ship stale cigars. What kind of company sends a customer dried out cigars, let alone an entire box that had been opened.
I recently experienced a significant quality issue with a purchase from Cigar Page — two boxes (40 cigars) received on 3/15/2026, with 75% arriving plugged and essentially unsmokeable. I gave the cigars additional time in a separate humidor hoping the issue would resolve itself, but it never did.
When I contacted Cigar Page on 5/1/2026 to request a credit or replacement, I was told nothing could be done because the order was over 30 days old. No exceptions, no goodwill gesture — nothing.
As a long-time customer with over $1,000 in purchases over several years, I found this response deeply disappointing. A defective product is a defective product regardless of when it’s reported, especially when the customer is actively trying to remedy the situation on their own first.
I’ve asked to be removed from their mailing list. Cigar Page lost a loyal customer over what would have amounted to a small credit. Buyer beware.
Awful experience, first of all you are talking to different departments to try to answer any issue you have. The worst cigar company I ever used and I used most of them. Horrible shipping times , the low prices are what you get. A bad experience, I wouldn’t ever use them again.
Do not chat with them, or if you do use their chatbot, give them a fake email address.
They'll grag your email address and put it in their database, then will claim they cannot delete it.
Fishy company, they'll either sell your data, email, or spam you. All companies CAN remove and delete an email address from their database, CigarPage chooses not to, and they also don't disclose they'll grab your email before you chat with them.
Be careful
