Die Firma Cigati Solutions wirbt damit bei ihren Produkten auf der Webseite, dass sie eine 30-tägige Rückgabegarantie anbieten. Da ich das Tool für einen Umzug von Office265 zu einem IMAP-Server brauchte und nur die Variante für $599 diese Funktion mitbrachte, kaufte ich das Tool. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass das Tool technisch gar nicht in der Lage war, diesen Umzug zu machen. Ich schrieb also ein E-Mail und verlangte mein Geld zurück.
Tja... Und dann bekam ich erst keine Nachricht, danach eine Nachricht des technischen Teams, dass sie mir eine neue Version zur Verfügung stellen. Da der Umzug zu diesem Zeitpunkt aber schon erledigt war, bestand ich trotzdem darauf, mein Geld zurück zu erhalten. Die Antwort des Supports war sehr ernüchternd:
"NOTE:- As per our refund policy, a refund can only be processed if the software fails to perform as intended and the issue remains unresolved even after verification by our tech team. In that case if our technical team is not able to resolve it then we will 100% accept your refund request but have to verify the issue once."
Da mich dieses Erlebnis selbst wieder mal darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat, dass nicht jede 30-Tage-Rückgabe-Garantie auch ohne Bedingungen kommt (was mir einfach nicht bewusst war), möchte ich mit dir dieses Fallbeispiel teilen, damit du nicht den gleichen Fehler machst.
Mein Learning: Ich prüfe ab jetzt immer zuerst bzw. frage beim Support nach, welche Bedingungen es für die Rückgabe gibt.

I don't usually take time to write reviews but Divynashu was so amazing I simply feel compelled to write about him. He stayed with me for about TWO hours? I needed help transferring my emails to my desktop, have tried for three DAYS, no luck. He went through all the millions of steps, and finally got there. It took awhile NOT because of him, at all, because my computer is ancient and the settings were all messed up.
I want to ensure him that he is getting a well deserved raise, a promotion, or both, a trip anything.
Seriously, this guy or woman is the best I've seen.
