Taken 3 weeks to do a change of address. They do not answer the phone and you have to email. Takes them 3 weeks to send response stating change of address was done.
They do not even respond to complaint email!
Reviewing if I trust the insurance policy I am paying for.
Not happy at all. I've been paying into a Personal Accident Plan for 27 years and they suddenly just decide to cancel the policy with no explanation, nor offer of any refund for being a loyal customer. I guess I'm getting to old and too risky for them to handle. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat anybody.
Worst Insurance Company going
This is one Company you should definitely stay away from. It is in excess of 1 year since my mother was killed in a RTC by a speeding drunk driver (he was sentenced at the start of August to 10 years) and they have still not paid out her life insurance despite my Sister chasing them. Please save your loved ones from the Trauma this Company will put them through.
My Mum was killed in a road traffic accident 14 months ago and she had a life insurance policy with Cigna insurance. 14 months later we still haven't received a payout from them. I find that not acceptable and very disappointing.
All the other companies that she had life insurance policies with have paid out but not Cigna insurance which I also feel is disgraceful.
