I had paid 112.00 dollars to Cigroad and Never received my items or at least a explanation. They gave me faults email and contact number. Is so unbelievable that No one can be able to reach this person or website. Borersamson

Scam
Scam. Website was up and running, with 30% off $300. Code didn't work, emailed their customer service- they RESPONDED that code works. It did. Now almost a month later no order, their website is down, every email sent to them bounces right back.

9/23/2019 waited over a week and still…
9/23/2019 waited over a week and still waiting for my order. Tried emailing them through email that said “this mailbox isn’t highly monitored will respond in 1-2 days” hah that email came right back to me from the server. Went to their site. Site is complete gone. Kiss my $160 goodbye. Should’ve known from the get go when you place the order it takes u to another site Cigroad.com/ payment-options. Then you pay a guy. Complete scam for all those who hyped up cig road. I think their the main scammers hyping up their scams. Completely a waste of time. I could have donated my money to charities

This is a total scam!
This is a total scam!! They collect the money thru googlePay and don't send the products. They even sent me an email telling me I had won their weekly drawing and could order more cigarettes at 40% off as my prize. Website is gone and no one answers the phone number listed. Don't fall for this.I'm out $54 and I call myself lucky I didn't use my debit card to pay. I wish I knew how the other lady contacted them. The name of the receiver is borersamson in care of gmail.

I sent them the money for 2 cartons of…
I sent them the money for 2 cartons of cigarettes but never received them. When I emailed them they said they could either reship the order with a free carton of my choice or issue a refund by check. I opted to have them reship the order and never heard back from them. Now their website is gone and my emails are bouncing back to me! SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I put my order through to cigroad.com they gave the address of a tobacco shop in Junction City Kansas. I contacted the store and they said they have no affiliation with the website whatsoever. Thank god I did not fall for this and I am very thankful to think of contacting the tobacco store before I made this purchase. SCAM.
