This is a really good service! I’ve been with Cinch since the beginning and I can vouch for their products and services! However, I do feel where communication and payment restructuring, Cinch can provide a bit more support for this. Apart from that, I still give them a 5 stars for the overall positive experience.

Got my Z Fold 7, and I'm so excited 🤩🤩🤩. Customers service are also very responsive, and have answered to all my queries👏👏👏. Definitely worth to deal with👍👍👍. All is well and good except the logistics courier as I have noted with Cinch that I preferred the delivery time should be anytime after 4pm, but the logistics courier insisted to deliver between 1pm - 5pm or else I can self collect 🤦‍♂️😑. Thus, I have to apply leave and waited till around 3.30pm to receive the device 🙄😒.
So anyone wanted a specific timing for your delivery, you can forget it. It will not be accommodate to.

The flexibility of having to use your favourite phone without having to take out a lump sum of money at once is really great

Is never occur to me that service and transaction will be so smooth, without hassle and phone calls. And my hp arrived the next day, wow, this is what I called intelligent service where getting the attention of the customer is important a stherw are other companies providing the same sales but where service is concerned CINCH you bagged the award for BEST customer service and fast connection with the customer. I have been using cinch since having my first phone samsung zflip 6 until now changed to s25 edged, all the enquiries and questiones has been answered with professional and helpful when in doubt. Best subcription platform ever. Thank you cinch.

customer service is tiptop, very helpful.

The sales rep was very helpful in trying to put the order through. However, the received device was defective (the back cover was dislodged entirely), and I was told to pay up for the repair cost although the fault was already present when I received the device.

The only options I had were to return or pay for the repair. Not a good first time experience.

UPDATE: another rep reached out on the same day to apologize for the negative experience, and clarified that no payment is required for a repair of the faulty device. This is appreciated, but I would urge customers to carefully consider before proceeding to rent older devices from Cinch.

I have been subscribing to Cinch for a few months and I am really happy with my Samsung s24. The customer experience team was really helpful answering all my questions before I committed and the delivery arrived on time.
