Terrible customer service, with rude folks. Web site is terrible, I can not log in most of the time. My advice is to go someplace else

I reached out to Cinch as they reached out to me to see if I was having a hardship and I was. I have made my payments every month but they were about a week to two weeks late for about the last 4-6 months. I called, e-mailed, left messages and no return call for about a month. I finally got a human and was told Cinch does not help with hardships.

They charge $4.99 to make a payment online! I made my March payment which cleared my bank on Feb 19th. Today, I received a statement for my March payment! They are a terrible company to try to do business with!!

Now I guess these are the times that we are living in for now that we are living in for now because the interest rates on everything are sky high comma but I do have an 820 credit score and they are charging me over 7% interest for auto loan of 20k, for a 2020 hyundi .And what's more you have to sign up for their automatic payments in order not to be charged $4.98 for a " fee" which is a bunch of crap considering it does costs exponentially less to any to do anything digitally as opposed to paper. Also if you want to make an extra payment there is a $4.98 fee on that as well. In order to make an extra payment or put more money on your loan above and beyond your regular payment schedule, you have to change the payment on the schedule and the amount in order to avoid almost a $5 fee. There is no simple menu to click on, that would allow you to just pay extra on the loan anytime you want it to. You are confined to their automatic payment "design." At over 7% interest, they are making plenty of money. why penalize people for wanting to put more on their loan or make it so extremely difficult and a pain in the butt to do so. It's only fair to their consumers to be able to pay extra money on the loan whenever they want to without being charged. I wish I would have known this before the car dealership told me to choose them for my loan. I would have went with an auto finance place that would allow you to make extra payments. Or be able to put extra money on the loan anytime you without a fee! an extremely cumbersome awful process and charge people almost $5 to make an extra payment is what I would consider predatory lending. Steer clear and make sure you ask your Auto dealership for a list of the lenders that want to loan you money so that you can call them and ask them if there is a penalty for paying extra on the loan. I would never in a million years thought I need to do that. But I learned something and I'm hoping that this review will help other people find an alternative to this place. Because the whole point is for people to get out of debt. To be slaves to lenders like this is not cool. It's definitely a service that we need and they are making plenty of money and they do not need to be so greedy.
