Cinfu is no-nonsens support, they help you, fast en the costs are low. They really know their stuff and help you where they can. Also their issues reporting is accurate and always give answers. I use them for more then 10 years, they never let me down.

First, they require payment via paypal which wants your e-mail and detailed account information just to make the payment. Should be just card number, expiration, and security code and maybe name on card.

Then, I fill out the billing ticket form and get blocked by cloudflare so I can't even put in a ticket. Sorry, I'm moving on.

It is my opinion that Cinfu is the best VPS provider out there. They have TONS of payment options (including crypto!!), really really cheap prices, and pretty good customer support. The only very slight bone I have to pick with Cinfu is that once you buy a VPS, you may have to wait up to 24 hours to receive it since the staff checks to make sure its not fraudulent. Also, the staff can take a few hours to respond to tickets. But other than that, the service really is awesome. They're offering unmetered bandwidth VPS's with 2 GB Ram and 25 GB storage for only $5.50/month... that's a crazy good deal.

I've been using CINFU for several years (shared hosting and VPS).

I chose CINFU because the costs are much lower than those 'unlimited' hosting plans that you end up paying more for what you may never use. My sites were never going to be big enough to need so much disk space.

For shared hosting I opted for the Direct Admin panel rather than Cpanel, which has enough features.

The support tickets are generally answered within a few hours, often faster, and I think I only experienced one short outage in about four or five years, so I'm happy with that.
