I received 2 of these free through the postcode lottery a few months ago. I assumed as free items the quality would not too great sp they have sat in my cupboard unused since then and only used it for the 1st time last week to go and watch a football match. 2 hours after making my tea it was still surprisingly very very hot and not a drop was spilt at all, I am very impressed and plan on adding to my collection now ive seen the website and gorgeous colours they offer!

These cups are invaluable assets for parents who regularly use a pram (/any busy on the go person) - it used to feel like a daily game of buckeroo trying to push the pram with my coffee and it not spill everywhere... No longer! This cup keeps my coffee warm and safe inside the cup whilst being so easy to drink from. What a cup!

i accidentally put in the wrong email so wasn’t getting any correspondence re shipping etc. contacted customer service who were so helpful and lovely and sorted it out for me very quickly. cup arrived shortly after! great service & love the ethos :-)

I love the ethos of this company, and their products more than match that. I’ve got one of their standard coffee cups and a stainless steel thermal version and both keep drinks hot for the times they state. They’re really robust products that last even with heavy use, and they’re so much nicer to drink out of than most travel cups due to the 360 degree vent. I contacted customers services with a query this week and they get back to me quickly, and knowledgeably to answer my question - can’t recommend them enough!
