Premier Professional warped from day 1

I've had these pans for a year now, I thought I'd give it some time before reviewing. Upon delivery I noticed the pan was quite raised in the centre. I reached out to customer support and they explained it was a feature of premium pans so they don't warp under heat and that it flattens as the temperature rises. They even linked me to page explaining this. Not the case.

I own far more expensive pans, E.G. All-Clad D3, Cristel stainless steel as well as cheaper pans, E.G. Tefal for non stick. None of them are like this.

Frustratingly I don't see an option to upload images because I've taken one where I've measured 150ml of water in the pan and the centre is not wet.

I hate this pan. Oil wells around the edges, things get burned in the centre. Get yourself a Tefal. Going in the bin.

After 12 months the coating is coming off

After 12 months the coating is coming off. Heeded all the media warnings about non stick so went for these. The frying pan cannot do eggs due to the non smooth finish and 3 pans have the non stick coming off. Sent emails but hit a wall of silence - thought at this price you’d get better quality. Still using them but will replace soon - at even more cost!

Ignored Warranty Claim – Circulon

I’m quite disappointed with my experience with Circulon.
I purchased their pans partly because of the guarantee, but after the non-stick coating became defective, I submitted a claim through their website. I then followed up with four separate emails over the course of a month and have still not received any response.
In the end, I had to replace the pans at my own expense (with a different brand).
Based on this experience, the guarantee doesn’t feel meaningful if the claims process isn’t properly handled. A lack of response over this length of time raises concerns about how seriously customer claims are treated.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them given this experience.

I have had Circulon pans for a while…

I have had Circulon pans for a while now. A couple of years ago the non-stick coating on one of them deteriorated quite badly. Circulon were brilliant then and replaced it immediately so i would have given them 5 stars.

I have had the same issue happen again and i raised a warranty claim as told do so by the website but i have heard nothing back. I've tried to get in touch but you cant phone any more but ive had nothing back so I'm quite disappointed as they've obviously gone backwards in customer service.

Don't support their warranties

Previously they have been very good, but recently I have been very disappointed regarding their guarantee . They have not replied to any off my emails and they do not answer any telephone enquires.
I will have no option but to report them to trading standards. Dot not buy their products as they no longer support their warranties.

Don't count on the guarantee

They have done everything they can to avoid honouring the guarantee, one excuse after another with a constantly changing reason.

I used to think Circulon were a quality brand, you may as well buy a cheaper brand and replace more regularly.

Non stick? Life time warranty?

We've been using and still owning a few Circulon pans and pots in the past 10 years. They are all good quality and last but till 4 years ago I bought a twin set of the Infinite Non-Stick Induction Frying Pans. Only for a year a number of dotted lines appear on both pans. They are nice and spiral pattern but in fact the coating had came off as I saw the dots were dents. Circulon admitted it's a manufacturing fault and replaced them. A year later the replacement pans started to stick with no obvious sign of damage. Circulon replace them again. Unfortunately, another year later the new replacements began to stick again. I gave up and left them in my garage for months to be thrown in the recycle center whenever I go there. I researched for new pans and saw many and many comments about how harmful non stick pans and pots are although they claimed no harmful coatings and suggested to go stainless steel and I did and been using mine for almost a year now. Till recently I've been bombarded with adverts on Youtube about the Infinite Non-Stick Induction Frying Pans emphasising their life time warranty. I then thought and see if Circulon really honest about their claim of life time warranty and replace mine for the third time. I make the claim on line, they respond by asking for more pictures. I sent the pictures but receive no feedback. I thought they do not respond because of my 2 days delay of sending them the pictures and close my claim. I made the claim again but till now after 2 weeks there is no response even I tried emailing their customer support! Searched on the internet and noticed I am not the only one experiencing this no response situation. My feeling is that there might be a problem with the non stick coating with this specific product line of pans and they do not respond as no way they can continue to replace the pans under the life time warranty. My other old Circulon pans and pots are still good, however, having read so many reviews about harms from non -stick coatings I think I will give up on non sticks.

Appalling customer service and quality

Bought my husband an omelette pan last Christmas. A few months ago the exterior coating started peeling off. I contacted customer services and received an automated email saying they would respond within 24 hours and resolve within 5 days. That was 30 January. No further contact from Circulon. I have emailed again and no response. Their website says use WhatsApp but apparently a complaint isn’t one of the options the bot can respond to. I can’t understand because Circulon used to be renowned for its customer service.

High Quality Products

Easy to use website, good delivery times and more importantly excellent products. I bought the scratch defense set and the bakeware and roasting set,both are superb quality. They are on the big side of what i was expecting which was a nice surprise. I am hoping, with the quality they seem to be, I won't need to change pans or bakeware for years to come. Very happy with my purchase.

Poor durability and disappointing warranty support

I purchased a Circulon pan expecting long‑lasting quality, but the non‑stick coating deteriorated despite normal home use. The pan was never overheated, never used on high heat while empty, and was cleaned thoroughly after every use with only a soft sponge and washing‑up liquid.

When I contacted customer service with photos, the response was to blame “excessive heat” and “residue buildup”, neither of which reflect how the pan was used. Instead of honouring the warranty, they offered only a 20% discount on a new purchase.

Very disappointing experience — both in product durability and in the lack of meaningful support.

Awful

Awful! Bought a whole set of pans and oven pans, within one month the main oven dish has started to Peel, numerous emails sent and they just ask for more info and don’t get back to you, absolutely crap!

They never reply!!

Much like all of the negative views on here, I submitted a claim for the life time guarantee.

Had one email back to say submit photos, even though photos were sent through on the original form. 5 emails later, nothing from them.

Evidently they have little interest in honouring their guarantee. I won’t buy another of these pans.

Update -

This absolutely terrible company continues to produce more comedy. Apparently I have been using the pan on a hot heat (😆😆)

After reviewing the images you provided, it seems that the Cookware has been affected by excessive heat, resulting in a darkened base and scorched non-stick interior. Continuous exposure to high heat can unfortunately cause damage to the pan and its components.

We recommend using a lower to medium heat setting, even if starting initially with a higher heat to seal in flavours. Additionally, it's important to clean the cookware thoroughly after each use. Simply wiping down the Cookware may make it appear clean, but it can leave behind food residues. Over time, especially with high heat, these residues can build up and affect the non-stick coating's performance.

Terrible Customer Service

We ordered an Infinate Pan set from Circulon website and received quite quickly but that is the only positive. Upon using their Sauté Pan it was clear that the base was faulty and came away from the Pan itself. We contacted Circulon customer services and was informed we had to go through a guarantee process. The item was faulty and we just wanted to return the Sauté Pan and have a replacement. After numerous attempts the resolve this issue we were greeted with no response. We sent photos or the fault but still nothing. We then decided to return the whole set but were told to return unused and in original packaging. After 1 month of course we used the other pans, how else would we cook! As for the packaging, who keeps the packaging after 1 month, we were expecting to be able to have a replacement for the faulty Pan that was delivered.
The other pans are fine but Circulon and the customer service is terrible.
Based on the service received, no I would not recommend buying this product.

It’s been just over 4 months since i made contact.

It’s been just over 4 months since I contacted Circulon Customer Service and i still haven’t had any substantive response from them. They said I could expect a resolution within 5 days!
Absolutely shocking customer service.

Non existent customer support!

How can cirulon claim that their products are premium when they're customer support is no existent!

I have filled out their contact form as i have an issue with a pan, I've had zero response, I then contact via their WhatsApp page which they state you'll get a response within 4 hours, that was on the 9th of March, it's now the 17th and still zero response!
I spent over £400 on pans and Cirulon cannot be bothered to have the decency to even reply to me, I've sent everything they requested on their automated messages, pics, details of fault, everything and not a word in return.
I will most certainly not be recommending them to anyone and definitely not purchasing a single item from them again. Disgusting support!
