First of all the delivery time and customer service is shocking. I ordered the London 115’s and the website stated 2-5 days delivery. And it took them nearly 2 months. I emailed and requested help on the website 5 times! And not once did I receive any information back. It would have been fine if they at least got back and mentioned a delay.

The Other glaring problem with this company is the false advertising. “Premium eyewear” what a joke. They’re no better quality than a £10 pair from ASOS or something you’d find in a Turkish market. They just wrapped it in a fancy box and charged nearly £50!

This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a review for something but felt I had to with how disappointing this experience has been. You expect to be able to trust someone like vikkstar, and using their platform to spread crap to make a quick buck is just embarrassing.

TLDR; Don’t waste your money!

My order was over a month late and then magically when i complained to customer support it started to shipping process in addition to that they say that taxes are included, but i still had to pay taxes for the shipment. Additionally even when i went over the amount required for free shipping i still had to pay for shipping. Avoid buying this brand.

I ordered this sh*t and got no updates for two months, even though I paid an extra 5 bucks for the glasses to arrive in 5–7 days. Then when they finally showed up, the postman wanted another €12.40! I refused the package and contacted PayPal for a refund.

It is a scam.low quality product.

Big scam. Ordered over a month ago and no delivery. Not even an email saying its been dispatched. Message the company and they just fob you off. They also delete messages of people complaining on their instagram making this company look as though its an amazing brand.

Still waiting on my glasses after a month of waiting with a 5-15 day delivery time only response ive gotten is they are waiting on stock can't give me a date on when the stock will arrive just that the dont have the product. Why have it up for sale mark it as out of stock?

Wished I had read the reviews before i purchased, it’s been 4 weeks and still nothing. Iv messaged and emailed and had no reply, having to go through the bank now, to try and get my money back, total scam, do not spend your money the item does t come

Don't buy, bought it two months ago and still don't have them. Need to pay 20€ extra to the postal office for the package to be allowed to enter Europe. Thought I could trust vikstar123 because I've watched a lot of his Minecraft videos. But I guess I should've.

Paid like 50€ with shipping taxes for the quality of 5€ temu glasses

Terrible quality and a scam, sourced from cheap and double the price of sale for their own profit

Took 2 months for the delivery and than I had to pay import tax and stuff like that which they dont specify.

This is a complete scam

I paid for shipment now i have to pay another 17eu to recieve glasses worth 30 eur (probably 3) that i ordered 2 months ago.

So I ordered the pre-order that was said to be sent out by 4th of august, not only was there no emial or notification that it was delayed, I had to personally send a request to the customer support ( which to be fair is pretty good ) and they then sent it out a day later (With added DHL delays which isn't their fault to be fair). Then it turns out the VAT and import costs aren't covered by them, like c'mon just put it in your price like the rest of the industry and not make it feel like you have to pay a big sum just to even get it ( after 16 days btw)

4 weeks and still no sunglases. Tax is not included if u order from EU, so thats 34€ in extra expense, for 2 sunglases. Keep that in mind…

Kwaliteit is slecht. Glazen zijn prima en het design is ook niet slecht. Alleen dingen breken zo makkelijk. Ik heb hem nu zo’n 3 weken en alles wat niet hoort te bewegen, beweegt.

ordered a pair of glasses over a month ago, and still havnt received them in the post. ive had no shipping updates. no replies from the company. worst service ive ever experienced

Really bad quality, it feels very cheap. Returns are not free either, I would say avoid not worth it

Purchased the London blue light glasses after the new version released. When I got the first pair I could see it’s the old version, customer service agent arranged a new pair to be delivered. The new pair was also the older version. Got a full refund thankfully, but it’s pathetic from the company to release a new product and not ship them.
