Could not even bother to turn up, and only bothered to phone me 90 minutes after my appointment.
Reply is rubbish as thay phoned me yesterday morning to confirm appointment

Wow what can I say. It did what it said it would do. Jon Wilson explained everything very well. The installation team turned up on time. Very friendly, polite and professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Attic was done on Wednesday its now Friday mid November and I've only put my heating on early evening for as little as 10 minutes. I feel the cold. Its like a tropical house minus the 🌞 would highly recommend to anyone to get this done. Thank you cisco homes and thank you Jon Wilson. Look forward to the return visit

A good experience from the start, friendly and helpful customer service. The engineer that carried out the initial inspection, provided all the information without baffling us with terminology and acronyms.
The installation team arrived on time, conducted the work with the minimum impact to us and cleaned up any mess they had caused.
The impact of the insulation is felt immediately in the loft space, I look forward to the follow up inspection to understand the full impact and benefits of the product.

The original caller was reminiscent of the frequent scammers who call to steal off vulnerable people. After getting a few details, they hung up and when I tried to ring back, the phone was unavailable. I did receive a callback, and although this company may be legitimate, I will not be using their services

The actual install of Spray Insulation was done well by the subcontractors used. Quite happy with their work.
What has reduced the rating is the pricing and a friend with a similar property went for a quote with another company direct and it was radically different. Loft insulation grant on the website wasnt discussed as we receive DLA/Child Benefit etc. Sales consultant said these had gone yet your website under the free loft survey and others in the market still have them on. Can't fault the installation work but feel mugged financially. It was also suggested the old insulation etc would be taken away. It wasn't.

Fantastic explanation of product, fantastic customer service, very fairly priced , installation spot on . Would recommend to anyone in this current fuel crisis .

Thay arrived on time and told me it would take 2hrs and it did,thay covered all the stairs and landing after that had finished thay cleaned up you would not know that had been great service exlant job highly recommend

the job went well, the guys did exactly what they said they would. they had to wait for the weather but once the weather was favourable everything went smoothly

Im very pleased with the work carried out in my loft the two lads were very polite & made sure everything was clean & tidy before they left, very happy with the result.

The whole thing was done by 2 very nice men. And left the loft and my home very clean. Highly recommended.

The men came to work on our loft they were polite and very tidy no complaints job well done

The workmen were polite , clean and efficient .They explained what they were doing and why , took photo's of the finished job to show me and cleaned up after themselves .I cannot fault the work or the men in any way .

Work was carried out in a very polite & clean fashion. Efficient moving items out of loft & replaced on completion. Clean & tidy work, dust sheets used to help keep clean. Team were very polite and professional.

Overall very pleased, just waiting to see how it works with the weather. There was a delay caused by myself as I had a rather full loft, Cisco were very patient.

The job was done within three hours and the installers were efficient, friendly and ensured that no mess remained on completion. We were very impressed with the outcome.
