Although I called them around 4pm as the issue with car charger was sudden and despite of their busy schedule they understood the urgency of my request and as promised they came in under 1 hr time with proper spare part to fix it with in 15 minutes. Thank you guys for a job well done. I would recommend this brand and most importantly the technical team for your ease and peace of mind.

CITA Smart 7 charger upgrade to Monta platform.
Big Thank You to Ryan in customer support.
My Smart 7 was installed in 2022 and came with the CITA Connect app, which was OK. When I moved my energy supplier to Octopus I tried to set up a smart EV tariff but found that CITA hardware was not directly compatible with the Octopus system. CITA Support suggested changing the charger to AP mode and using the Monta app to programme and control it. I went ahead with this this week. But when I tried to set up the Wi-Fi I kept getting into a loop of failures. Ryan patiently guided me through the process and it showed that I had misread the instructions. Once this was addressed everything went very smoothly and now gives me a much better service. My car is integrated more fully with the charger. It's all looking good now!
I then contacted Ryan about how to register my old RFID cards. It was easy. I hadn't spotted the Big Red Personal Wallet at the top of the page. Doh! Thank you Ryan at CITA for great service!
