I discovered that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. After a chat with a representative, I paid the cost of shipping the item back and a new order for the correct size was created.

I ordered a size medium T-shirt a few weeks ago and it was too small - I usually wear that size. The quality was excellent. I did not want to spend postage returning it for a size large as I was not sure that would fit either so i decided to just give the shirt to a friend and not reorder. I wrote the company about this and they understood and said they would send me a size large and not ask for the medium size shirt to be returned. They were very pleasant and helpful and the large shirt came yesterday and it fits fine!!
They were very helpful and accommodating.
