Great service.
Jane and the team at Polegate were very friendly. They explained everything in plain english, gave sound advice, and made the sale of my parent’s property as straightforward as possible.
If anyone is looking for a conveyancer then I could recommend Jane and her team.

Professional, friendly, supportive and with attentive customer service, we highly recommend Sarah and her team at Citrus for delivering beyond our expectations. We have personally instructed Sarah on 4 complex house moves within Kent over the past 20 years, each with different chains requiring delicate navigation to include: probate, housing associations and a troublesome council. Without their years of experience, passion and patience, I am certain that one or two of our purchases/sales would have fallen through. Well done guys, keep up the great work :)
