Great environment and experience from these guys, they really helped me out with exactly what I needed

I’ve been buying cigars from this shop for years, so it was disappointing to be let down over such a small issue. I returned a cigar that had unravelled, but was told there was nothing they could do. In reality, their storage conditions can have a big impact on cigar quality, and a loyal customer deserved a better response.

Refusing to replace or refund a single cigar may have saved them a few pounds today, but it’s cost them a long-term customer. Customer retention matters, and there are plenty of better cigar shops that value repeat business and quality control.

Sadly, I won’t be returning.

I live in Manchester, Can't lie every time i order cigars from here they're in the best quality, perfectly packed in the humidity packs so the cigars don't loose their aroma and they also offer free delivery with no minimum order value. Will definitely visit your Lounge at Liverpool street when I visit London next month.

Went to the Holborn branch for a start up kit for my cigar collection . The sales advisor was very knowledgeable and did not try to oversell me anything , gave me the right cigars and start up kit . I went to another cigar shop last week in Piccadilly and they tried up selling me things I did not even need . Glad I found this little gem of a cigar shop in the city . Will be visiting again soon . Well done to the owner who has given his staff good knowledge of cigars .

An extensive range competitively priced,I tried their house brand Robusto maduro+Toro shade which were both Excellent! And FREE delivery that came amazingly boxed in 3days you MUST try this company.
