Gridlock in Times Square, carpark is operated with car lift so takes quite a bit of time getting in and out. Valets were fine but avoid during heavy hours
Parking and retrieval of the vehicle were done very quick, no waits to retrieve.

Everything went wrong stay away! Bait and switch!
Everything went wrong. I prepaid $45 plus tax for 12 hours. They’re trying to charge me another $42 for a total of $87 for less than 12 hours. Spot hero got it wrong too. They also parked my car in a small car spot and charged me another $10 for oversize!
