I am absolutely disgusted by this…
I am absolutely disgusted by this pharmacy who were suppose to deliver my disabled sister medication and insulin on Thursday 28th April however my mother called them and asked if the medication etc could be delivered the next day instead as my sister had a hospital appointment to which she was told that it would be fine . However after waiting in all day Friday no sign of the medication . My mother called on Tuesday 3rd May and asked if the medication could be delivered the next day as it was nearly a week ago it was due delivery however she was rudely told my the pharmacy manager that she could not tell them when to deliver the medication to which my sister relies on to keep her alive . the driver did deliver the next day and that he would not be delivering to her anymore as she was out of their catchment area ? My mother has used this pharmacy for years so why all of a sudden is she out of their so called catchment area ? The pharmacy even stooped so low they got their delivery driver to inform my mother of this and not themselves .I have reported the pharmacy to the NHS and the General Pharmaceutical Council for leaving a vulnerable disabled adult and a elderly lady not able to have their medication delivered due to the disgusting and unprofessional attitude of the pharmacy
