Buyers aware!!! They sent ne different watch ( much cheaper) as I ordered. I send many emails with no response. So I open a dispute at PayPal to report a problem and after that I received email that I have to return watch for exchange. I shipped watch back to Singapure where City watch NZ are located, not in NZ. They received them in few days by DHL, no response again for my emails. After a week I been told to close a dispute at PayPal to get my correct watch . I contacted PayPal and been told to NOT do that and let PayPal to investigate, because after closing dispute I will be not able to opened again. And today my money has ben refunded by PayPal . That has been a worst experience and nightmare to deal with City watch nZ, they are dodgy!!!

I ordered ecb-2000PB-1A but they have sent me a wrong order they sent me a ECB2200PB-1Adf which so much different from what I ordered, I have emailed alot now still no response. Hoping they respond soon and sort it out! If citywatchesnz can't replace it refund me no charge of shipping or taking a bit from my money when it's clearly your fault. Will change review if resolved quick and properly. It's alot of money that I paid and citywatchesnz should honor it!
They replied to my email but very uncertain wants to return product without us as a customer has no security. They want to return the product but they didn't mention if they going to sent the original product I ordered! BEWARE BUYING IN THIS WEBSITE ITS GOOD IF YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT RIGHT BUT IF NOT YOU HAVE TO REASSESS WHETHER TO RETURN AS YOU MIGHT NOT GET YOU MONEY OR YOUR ORDER BACK!

Great selection of watches and good…
Great selection of watches and good prices, too. I put the order in on Saturday, it shipped on Monday and arrived four days later on Friday, which is amazing given it comes from Singapore. The free DHL Express shipping is amazing. I was informed at each step of the process. I was actually a little nervous to start with given it was coming from overseas, but this experience has great.

I have purchased several watches from CityWatches ranging from Casio to 18k Tissue ladies watch for my wife. All watches are in excellent new condition and arrived quickly via DHL.
The email communication is very good and always answer within a day or 2.

excellent value for money spent
I received the watch at the end of last week…it’s awesome, I love it.
It’s been a while since I’ve had a watch with ‘hands’ as I have for the past few years have always had G-Shocks…..the reason I have changed brands and types is they never lasted. I work in the dirt a lot so my watches get dusty…..and G-Shocks don’t like getting dirty and dusty. They stop functioning after a couple of years and they are starting to get expensive to replace every 18 months to 2 years.
As I started to explain, I chose this Fossil mainly for the blue face, I found that unique and quite classy, but also the large hands that are easy for my old blurry eyes to see.
It is comfortable on my wrist, easy to see and is a nice piece of jewellery on my wrist…..The glass is the same quality of the shock and scratch proof glass I have on my phone. Also, it’s weird to have a real, leather strap…..I haven’t seen that on a watch for years.
The price was excellent and I believe this to be exceptional value for money spent.
Shipping was quick and was placed in the secure place that I asked for….
All up, I am very happy with my purchase and am thankful yours is a reputable company to deal with….

Excellent Service
Looking for particular watch type online, City Watches NZ came up. The range was large and prices better than other potential sources. Went through online purchase detail and confirmation of order placement emailed through more-or-less immediately. This was followed by emailed updates on shipping and expected ETA. Product delivered to address two days prior to notified ETA. Packaging and condition could not be faulted. Exactly as ordered and promised. Delivery approx 1 week after order placement.
Was not aware that City Watches NZ was likely Singapore based and therefore a bit unsure as to credibility, but actual service and overall communication has been excellent.
