I recently purchased an excellent Casio G-Shock from City Watches, Everything was as described, The price was right, Watch was dispatched quickly & arrived earlier than estimated, all was in good order, no complaints. Communication with the shop was excellent.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible, I would avoid them at all cost. Made an order that was suppose to be shipped within a week, it wasn't even dispatched in 2 weeks and once I asked for a refund they didn't even acknowledge it at all, I had asked twice and all they did was apologise for the delay. I had to take the issue up with PayPal to get my refund. Also on the website it says they are UK based but they're actually from Singapore, this is a fake front and just drop ship the items. It doesn't say this anywhere on their site, I found out once I looked up the company that I had payed through citywatches which is Redsol Pte. Ltd.

My partners has ordered from…
My partner has ordered from Citywatches and the watches have always arrived on time and have had no issues - and has left positive reviews, however ....
I ordered a watch from Citywatches, all arrived on time, but there is an issue with the watch and I am within the 30 day period to send the item back.
I contacted CityWatch via email, got a response straightaway to provide some images etc to further proceed with sending the watch back. Which I duly did - sent images as requested and since then there has been no communication from CityWatches. This has now been 5 days, I have sent many emails since asking when I will get a response, radio silence from their end!
I am not sure what you are playing at CityWatches but if this is how you deal with customer issues then I want to warn others of my experience.
Really not happy that you are not contacting me, at least have decency to respond with something.
Sadly as expected, I won't purchase from you again.
UPDATE: 14/11/2025
I feel it's only fair to provide an update as City Watches have now resolved my issue and I have now received my refund.
I finally received an email explaining they were busy with sales and apologised.
I received a return label (royal mail) - I ensure everything was packaged correctly (take photos/videos or all steps I did).
Upon sending I also sent an email to confirm package had been posted with proof of postage and parcel images.
After about 6 days I received an email confirming item was received and refund would be issued (takes 5-7 days). Which I have now received.
So all in all - City Watches did come good! Took a while but they got there.

Ordered a watch dhl said delivered but was not here
Contacted city watches and they told me to contact dhl a which I did, they said as city watches are their customer they need to
After a week city watches emailed to say they won’t process a claim even though the dhl driver produced a photo to show the box was left on the door step in full veiw of passer-bys
Contact city watches again after they issued a letter to say it’s their fault for leaving it on the door step
Sent this to city watches and yet again left it a week to then say contact dhl
They have just passed the book every single time
On the photo you can clearly see places the driver could of left it
Basically city watches have taken the money passed the book and I’m out of pocket , I have just reported this to fraud action and will never use city watches again

Excellent service and were quick to reply to emails. They were kind enough to immediately clarify if my address was correct when I ordered from a different country - which was a nice touch.
The watch arrived in good condition - albeit, strangely, from Singapore.
Would order again!

Purchased a £150 watch. Delivered in 4 days from Singapore via DHL and there was no additional custom charges. Tracking was provided and guarantee also given. Overall happy with purchase and satisfied with online transaction where trust is essential.

I was hesitant to order from your website as it was coming from Singapore but I took a gamble! Glad I did as the watch arrived in a timely manner and was brand new, tagged with paperwork. The watch itself is amazing and can't wait to wear it out. Haven't had the opportunity!
