I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received.

I placed an order on 08/03/2026 and have since attempted to make contact on at least three separate occasions to request an update. This has included both email and online chat, where I was told I would receive a response — however, no follow-up has been provided.

The lack of communication is frustrating and leaves me with little confidence in the service. At the very least, I would expect acknowledgment and a basic update on my order status.

I hope this is addressed promptly.

From the start, Adam was quick, efficient, and easy to deal with. Communication was clear throughout, and everything arrived exactly as expected.

After placing my order, it took about a week before they got back to me regarding the embroidery I requested as a first-time customer. Having dealt with upholstery companies before, I knew patience was key. Harry reached out to let me know that my logo was quite stitch-heavy, which meant each item would need a full day on the machine. I asked if he could simplify some elements to make it more manageable, and by the next day, he sent a revised design which I approved. Just three working days later, my items were delivered! The preview didn't capture the excellence of the finished product! I was a bit nervous about how they'd turn out, considering I spent more than anticipated on just two items. However, upon opening the package, I was thrilled! The coat and hoodie both boasted excellent quality, and the embroidery was exceptional! My worries were unfounded, as both pieces exceeded my expectations! I'm extremely satisfied and will confidently return for future embroidered workwear. Thanks!

Took about a week after ordering before they got in touch with regards my embroidery I had requested as a new customer. (Ive worked with upholstery companies before so am aware you just have to wait your turn). Harry called to say my logo was really heavy on stitches and asked if there was some way we could reduce it as each item would require a full day on the machine. Asked him if he could remove some components to reduce it and the next day he sent over a revised proof which I accepted. 3 working days later my items arrived in the post! The proof didn't do justice to the final result! I was a little anxious to see the final result as I was hoping I wouldn't be disappointed after spending more than I would have really liked on 2 items. Opening the package I was extremely delighted! The coat and hoody were both good quality, and the embroidery was top notch! My anxiety was ill placed as both items were better than I could have hoped! Very happy with both and will be fully confident to use again for future embroided workwear. Thanks!
