Civinity has been getting worse every year, and the decline has become especially noticeable recently.
Residents are constantly asked to pay extra for repairs. Even after the requested amount is collected, we are told that more money is needed because prices have increased. The repairs themselves are often of poor quality, yet the costs are surprisingly high.
Submitting water meter readings is also unnecessarily inconvenient. Most property management companies allow around five days, but Civinity gives only two, claiming their accounting department cannot handle more. If you're away for the weekend, you either miss the deadline or have to submit inaccurate readings.
Maintenance work is often poorly planned. In autumn, leaves are collected almost daily with loud machinery instead of using simpler and quieter methods.
Lawn mowing starts as early as 8 a.m. on Sundays, with little consideration for residents.
Overall, it feels like residents are paying more every year while receiving lower-quality service, less flexibility, and poor customer care.
