Bought MS 365 from them, and the key expired in less than a year! That's not the worst. My files that got saved to the cloud in that account are no longer accessible, and they won't respond to complaints. Risky! Risky!! Risky!!!

Bought Microsoft 365 product key in September 2022 and by August 2023 it stopped working. Made several attempts via email and WhatsApp to contact them and to date (Jan 2024) I have not received any response. Definitely will NOT recommend them and not patronize them again

I ordered Microsoft Office Professional 2021 for $14.99, but got Microsoft 365 when I used the product key and opened it. Microsoft even has windows that open on my computer reading, "You're using the free version of Microsoft 365. Premium benefits when you upgrade are 1TB+ of OneDrive storage, Premium versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more, and templates and enhanced features." It's legit! This is how CJkeyMall does it! It's a free version Microsoft puts out that they want you to upgrade to the premium version. For me? $14.99 for Microsoft 365...DEAL AND A HALF!!!

It takes proficiency with software to get it all working. The 1st step is to go to the top tab "Blog" and click it, roll your mouse over the picture of "Office," and then click it. It will lead you to CJkeyMall's instructions on how to download and install Office 2021 Professional Plus. However, there are detailed instructions missing.

When you've received the product key via email, you're ready to download Microsoft Office. Go to the above CJkeyMall's instructions and click the English link, then hold Ctrl and press J. A download progress screen will appear. Once it stops (for me around 14 minutes), go to your Download folder and right click on the "ProPlus2021Retail" (or whichever product you purchased), a drop-down menu will appear. Click Mount. Then double-click the "Setup" file. When done, restart your computer, open Word, enter your product key with the hyphens and click the Activate Office button. DONE!!!
