Această companie a făcut ceea ce a promis. A durat ceva timp, dar a meritat așteptarea. Azi am primit despăgubirea, după 11 luni. Mă bucur totuși că nu am acceptat oferta de 400 de lei și am așteptat finalizarea procesului.

I've received the compensation after 9 months, but I know these things takes time if the flight company doesn't want to pay anything. No efforts from my side, Claimbee team did it all.

Recunosc că am fost sceptica. Inițial nu am vrut să depun cererea de compensare, dar m-am gândit că nu am oricum nimic de pierdut.

Pasagerul care m-a însoțit la același zbor ( Bobariu Nicoleta) nu a primit nici o compensație. De ce? Am depus plângeri separate , cu toate datele de identificare. Doar adresa de email este comună. Ceea ce nu cred că este un impediment pentru a nu i se acordă și ei compensația. Cu stimă Nicola Virgil.

I must admit that I was a bit hesitant to file for compensation for our 10-hour flight delay from Larnaca to Timisoara. The flight had been delayed due to bad weather in the western region of Romania, but I noticed that other flights were operating at the destination airport at that time.
I consulted with ClaimBee representatives, who encouraged me to file the claim, and they took care of everything. I admit I didn’t have high expectations of receiving compensation, but I also had nothing to lose ( just a few minutes to fill out the documents and send them by email). Now, after 10 months, I managed to receive compensation for the delayed flight for all our family members. It was worth the effort of sending the claim documents, the wait and the money received. I can only recomand it. Thanx once again!

Very slow and the comision is to height

They' re very professional. They kept me informed throughout the process. I honestly didnt't think anything would work out. After several months and a more difficult process, they announced that it was solved and they sent the money to my account. Trust them they are very professional.

5* because they managed to get the most out of the airline, even after the airline refused to pay. They then used their lawyers and bailiffs to force the airline to finally pay. So very happy overall
