We found John to be extremely professional. I phoned Claims Assist on a Sunday having discovered a leak from the bathroom onto my kitchen floor John answered his phone on Sunday I was very impressed with that. He quickly followed up with a visit on the following Monday he organised everything with my insurance company the whole process was so stress free for us. All settled within 3 weeks it was so easy to work with claims assist and John. The claim was water damage and my location is Limerick city.
