Terrible Company- do not use !!
Tried to return an item but they don't want this - feel ripped off - advertising makes you think they are London based , but not - quality poor -

This website is a scam.

I've received numerous "confirmation"emails that are suspicious and an email saying there was a "delay" in shipment that came from a newsletter I didn't subscribe to. When I enquired further about my order and suggested in-person collection, I was told this was an online-only retailer, although they advertise a shopfront. I now understand the images used on social media and their website are AI-generated and that Clare & Kate London doesn't exist.

I doubt my order will arrive at all.

I put one star because there is not an option of zero. Terrible quality, cheap fabric, nothing to do with the picture of the item offered on the website. I have been trying to return it and the only thing I received is more emails offering me some kind of credit to spend on their website. After this experience I had no desire to be involved with them anymore. I will consider this website an SCAM.

If I could give a lower star rating I would. Shoes ordered are completely different on arrival. Fabric, Colour, shape, stitching detail. Absolutely disgusting quality. Have tried to get a full refund and they are simply refusing . They even made out they had these quality checked prior to delivery. At best they offered me a 40% refund!!! and they have the nerve to state that their customers are their top priority!! Outrageous. They will be reported for this. Save your money and go to a proper website

I purchased a pair of orthopaedic Mary Janes, but they do not resemble the photo at all. They are definitely not orthopaedic; they lack insoles and are not sturdy at all. In fact, the material, which feels like faux suede, is very thin. The overall quality is very poor, and the soles are made of cheap black foam. I regret so much not reading reviews before purchasing - as it is supposed to be a London-based family-owned shop, I trusted it - big mistake, that'll teach me!

Delivery was 3 weeks and I wasn't happy with the quality of the product - they weren't as described. Asked for a refund and was offered various options like a credit note or money off. Was not happy with these offers and persisted asking for a full refund which didn't involve me paying £25 to pay it back. I have now got a full refund and I didn't have to send the product back even though I won't be wearing them. If a product is not as described you are in your rights to get a full refund without paying any return costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The product took almost three weeks to arrive and when it did it barely resembled the item I had ordered. I’ve ordered cheap dresses from Shein and Temu which have been better quality. I paid £50.00 for a dress which was allegedly reduced from £130.00. I wouldn’t have it if it was given to me for free.

Trying to return this items is proving to be fun and games already and I’m not confident I will be successful. I’d have rather set fire to my money than give it to these scammers! I’m just pleased I only bought the one item!

Returns policy states 30 days return for a full refund- load of lies!! Several emails all trying to get me to keep the items or I could return them at my expense ( this varies from €12.50 to £25). Quality of items are cheap and do not match the photos. Avoid this site at all costs. An expensive scam!

Please be cautious using this site, I purchased shoes online at £35, they arrived 3 weeks later in a plastic food, zip tie bag, no invoice or information on how to return. Very poor quality, wouldn't even wear outside, so don't waste your money. Turns out that if I want to return shoes it will cost me £25, what a scam! Somebody having a laugh at my expense.
