Cannot fault this company. Delivery super-fast. If an item is out of stock we are kept updated on delivery. Any queries via email are responded to within an hour!!

Choices of products are low but the service is always very good

The service is always very good, quick deliveries etc. but I will say that there doesn't seem to be as much choice for things anymore, e.g. plastic wallets are different from what I used to order, there are no options for different makes etc., the ones we have now rip very easily, the punched holes break very quickly, the quality is not very good. Not much choice for staplers or hold punchers etc. Skinny/bullet point tipped white board pens are not always very skinny when writing. So stock choices I'm not particularly pleased with but the service is always great.

Very good service

I placed my order on the website, which was very easy to do. My order then arrived a couple of days later. I am very pleased with the service.

You can't do better than James Hardinge at Brighton

Used George Rose (Clare's) for years since James was a spotty boy. He is now my favourite salesperson - always sending great deals our way at great prices. A good selection of stuff and if they don't list it he'll see if he can get hold of it. Great service, great banter and no pressure.

Excellent Service always provided

The website is bright, colourful & easy to use. If an item is too expensive or not quite what I want it offers a 'more items like this' tab which I think is a great idea saving time on searches. Orders are confirmed, processed and usually delivered within 24 hours. If there's a delay on an item Clare's informs me by e-mail with a potential date for delivery. Goods always arrive in good order as parcelled correctly plus they don't send a small item in a huge box wasting cardboard. Sometimes I cannot find what I want on the website search so I browse through the Catalogue which you can request on the main page - this is because I don't always know the technical name for the items. I have contacted Customer Services in the past and you always get a friendly, professional and swift response so my experience has always been first class.
