Did not meet delivery date (ordered on Saturday, kits arrived on Thursday). They blamed Royal Mail for the delay, however separate government test kits arrived within a day using Royal Mail so clearly the delay was on Claret's side. The impact of this is that we missed our day 2 test window and had to isolate for significantly longer than expected.

It clearly states on website in Dispatch and Delivery that we do not dispatch on a saturday. We are as stated on the website totally dependant on the Royal Mail service. If they are delivering faster for the NHS then that is a good thing as all things NHS should take priority.
When there is any time critical related activity following a test, an in clinic test is always recommended
PCR home test kit
I ordered a PCR home test kit (06/12) one day before I arrived in the UK. and on 09/12 I still didn't have any test kits. I try to call their contact number more than 10 times. and no one answers the phone. their contact application (WhatsApp) is not working at all. I write to them via their contact e-mail and asked lots of questions. and they send me a screenshot that has the lowest quality ever and told me your test kits send yesterday 08/12 with using a cellphone. how do I know it? cuz email ended with (this email send on with cellphone). I write another email and asked why my order send 2 days later that I bought it? and already 3 days have pass. not revised yet. also, your screenshot is too low quality that I couldn't even see the tracking number. I still do not have the test kits and I need to use them and send them back also need to have the result before I leave the house. which possible takes another 2 more days. which is possible I got my results after 6 days I ordered my test kits. After 2nd email, they didn't even answer my email. After my 2 emails, now I am not even sure how they will behave when they will have my test kits. I am not even sure that they will send the result slower than usual. This company is the most irresponsible and unprofessional I have ever seen in the UK.

Avoid these scammers
Avoid these scammers! My partner paid for a same day PCR test and did not receive the result. The company does not reply to emails and the phone number goes straight to answerphone. Their review score on this site is not realistic given that their Google review score is 1.9 - they must be getting a lot of fake 5-star reviews.

I booked Day2 PCR test paid £59 for the kit to be delivered at home, They never deliver ne respond to any form of communication no emails , phone, or watsup.This company is a scam they are con artist, avoid this Company at all cost. They will take money, will no deliver kits and will not respond. I had to pay second one and I can not believe they are on the government website so disappointing.

The service in general has been ok
The service in general has been ok. Ive used them 3 times now, but I notice that they have issues with their website ... in fact Im trying to book a test right now and the website is not functioning at all. Also the number ion their whatsapp help section is incorrect. which is a bit poor.
Get yourselves a decent IT guy :)

The test kits for days 2 and 8 arrived…
The test kits for days 2 and 8 arrived in time, and were posted back on same day as tests done (at home).Day 2 results (negative) were
received on day 5.
Day 8 results have still NOT been received after 3 weeks! What a total waste of money...

Hi Bella , did you keep your royal mail tracking id when you posted back your sample.? as per instructions with the kit. The return service is provided by Royal mail and if your sample was lost in the post which is the only reason I believe you would not receive your result. Please send your tracking number to customerservices@claretdiagnostics.com and we can check what happened??
