If a return label is not emailed to me by the end of the business day today, I will stop on my way home and send it back to the warehouse with tracking marked return In the original box with the outside, wrapping that it came in inside the box marked return/refund required. I do not want this product. I expect a refund. You people falsely advertise your products.

This plastic lamp that I received that is not as advertised is on its way back to the warehouse. I demand a full refund. It was 70 some dollars. If you don’t refund my money in a timely manner, I will upload this conversation with you to trust pilot. As you can see, I have a tracking number. So I will know when it is received.

It seems your product(s) haven’t arrived at our warehouse yet.
It appears your return package was sent to a different address, possibly a distribution center? Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept the return under these circumstances since we have not received it on our warehouse and it has not been shipped to us either.
Please contact the customer service of the postal company you used. They will be able to provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed.

The warehouse is in Franklin Park, IL. @ 10700 Waveland Avenue Unit 300

This is a DISHONEST company out of China. I will never see my $79.00 again. DON'T order anything from them. They continuously email you until it is to late to send back there plastic garbage that they advertise as stained glass.

I bought 2 lights from Clarity Glow which were falsly advertised. After trying to get a refund for a month, the site is now gone and takes me to a women's clothing store called Hudson Vale. Be very careful and do not order from either company

Scam the lamp I ordered was like 2 inches not as advertised don't buy from here trust me

The lights are not meant to be installed on US based fixtures, they're way too small/narrow. Some lights can't be installed at all, others will show the ceiling box. The size information is not on the site. Also there's no ground wire.

In addition, they won't take back returns on "sale" items. But note, everything on the site is discounted, so their sale prices are their regular prices. So essentially they will never take returns.

In addition shipping takes about 6 weeks because it's coming from China. DO NOT ORDER, NOT WORTH THE RISK

Also note all the other positive reviews are most likely AI generated/fake.

Terrible! Do not order from here!!! They falsely advertised the product, a Tiffany-style poodle lamp. It cost $80 and was worth no more than $3 and came from China. It was 1/4 the stated size and just cheap plastic. Just awful. It cost me $32 to send back. Customer service - awful!! Buyer beware!
Probably out more money than I paid for the piece of garbage.
