Considering this is a private practise, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect.
3 times in 2025 I was given ridiculous excuses why the appointment had to be cancelled! I have to add that I bought some expensive hearing aids.
This year , I needed to make an appointment and it was arranged. In the morning I received a phone call that Shah was ill. I eventually went the following week and had to make an appointment for the next week. I was actually sitting opposite him whilst we arranged a date and time!
I turned up last week and after 30 minutes I texted asking how much longer. The response was you don’t have an appointment!! Shah then called and said that as he uses a 9-5 business calendar the appointment had gone into the 11.45pm and not am therefore he couldn’t see it!!
It’s most unprofessional with no regard that I have taken time out of my business day to sit around and wait, plus arrange times that he then cancels.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend

I just had an appointment with Shah, who was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He identified a problem in my ear that i wasn't aware and gave me lots of useful advice to help manage the problem. I would definitely use the service if needed again and would recommend him to others.

Very friendly and helpful I booked my appointment Friday afternoon and so pleased could see yesterday morning. New location of the clinic so all very new inside. I found Shah very informative and thought it was great to be shown before and after pictures of my wax removal. Asked if ok as my right ear really blocked and he had to remove lots. Would highly recommend.

Was greeted warmly and although i am a nervous patient i was put at ease. Procedure was painless and was talked through what was happening at all times. Would recommend this clinic 100%

I had an appointment for 10am, showed up at 9:50am, I kept buzzing but no one was there. I only managed to get in due to someone being at the door and letting me in. I was in the waiting room for an hour. Kept ringing the number stated in the email, nothing. Kept trying the door, locked. I did check Google and granted it did say it opened at 10:30, but I booked on their website and got a confirmation from them, so why give me the option to book for 10am if that's not an option? No one actually showed up at 10:30 anyway, so I don't think it would have mattered if I booked that time either. Absolutely disgraceful and so unprofessional. I will not be booking again, I am so glad you don't pay in advance!!!

Shah is a fully qualified and experienced professional audiologist. He is friendly and helpful and did an excellent job of clearing my earwax by microsuction. From my own experience, this is much the most effective method.

The cost was £65 for both ears - slightly more than specsavers would have been (£55), but definitely worth the extra: qualified audiologist, I saw the ear canal before and after microsuction, no delay for appointment, no charge for a repeat visit to fully clear the wax.

He also included a full hearing test, which was very informative and helpful, especially his advice about the results.

I highly recommend him.

I have just had my ears syringed here and the results are amazing. Very efficient and pleasant and would highly recommended the Clarity clinic.

I am so grateful to this team! Called early Saturday morning as my daughter was in pain from impacted wax and by 11am all the wax was out. We had been to the out of hours GP service in Stowmarket and they had given me the details of this clinic- I could not recommend this service highly enough! My daughter is only 6 and the ENT specialist we saw had such fantastic bedside manner, my daughter laid on a couch so still while all the wax causing her discomfort was suctioned out. Amazing service!

After picking up a leaflet at well pharmacy on bolton road manchester, i looked thru and finally rang to make an appointment as ive been getting rolling noises in both ears on different times, my appointment was at 4pm today 7th July 2023. When i got there i saw an audiologist call Shah who has lots of patience as my navigator took me wrong direction and i was late. He greeted me with respect and professional manner and made me feel at ease. He gave me honest feed back after examining inside my ears. I did not end up paying what i was quoted on phone, i paid less. Most placed would have still charge the full price quoted even if i didn't need much doing. I'm please to meet an honest and professional audiologist and would recommend Shah or clarity ear clinic on bolton road manchester to anyone

Phoned up this morning and was booked in this afternoon,absolutely fantastic service and ears cleared was informative and showed and explained what was happening.
Not the first time I’ve been but cannot say how good they are.
Same building but new room and more facilities too use , thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service. I have had micro suction ear wax removal several times at different establishments. This was the best. Quick, comfortable and a very pleasant audiologist who gave me advice and help with my hearing aids. I definitely recommend.

Shah Rizvi was very professional throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable on his area of expertise and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure, as I was somewhat sceptical since this was the first time I was getting checked/treated and I was not aware of how easy and pain free the treatment is.

I will definitely be coming back and scheduling regular wax removal appointments. Made a huge difference in my hearing!

Wife and I had a hearing assessment and it was great. I was identified with having some minor wax and the audiologist was nice enough to remove it with a hook prior to my hearing test. My experience with Clarity Ear Clinic has been great and I am grateful that I have this centre to take care of my hearing needs. Thankyou.
