If I could give them a 0 I would, they took 2 payments out by mistake but for some reason they can't just give you your money back that they took unauthorized. This has a been a nightmare and please don't use these ppl unless you like money taken from you don't do auto pay with them

Brain did I wonderful job helping get an extention on my bill I had a family emergency come up to where I became strapped for cash but luckily he was able to help me out I got a 2 month extention tganx to him

You need the option to give ZERO stars. I opened an account a month ago and am still not able to access my account or set up payment info. The only way to access account is with phone number and voice code or text code, but I never received the security code. Multiple calls to customer service and they 'expedite' my issue to their IT dept but I never receive any help. My payment is due in 3 days and I get text reminders and emails daily that I need to set up my account but have no way to access my account. Worst customer service.
