Clark & Rose were contracted by UHaul to deliver my UBox (basically a small shipping container) which I had packed and shipped from the US. Clark & Rose communicated well, helped me figure out how best to deal with parking limitations near me, and on the day of delivery were professional, helpful, and friendly. I would work with them again and recommend them.

Having decided to move from Dundee to Biggleswade, we approached Clark & Rose for a quote and a walk through of our needs and expectations. We already knew that the move would require storage of our effects for a period of 2 months or more. From the outset, they could not have been more sympathetic or helpful. Their surveyor came from Stirling to assess how much space we would need for transporting and storing our effects. He was extremely polite, courteous, and precise. 3 weeks before the move, a team dropped off 30 boxes for us to pack our things and then, on the day, the same team came to our house in Dundee to load everything onto the lorry. They treated every item as if it were their own. They were efficient and could not have taken more care with both our belongings and with the house. There was no damage whatsoever. Our effects were then in storage at their facility at Biggleswade for the expected 2 months before being delivered to our new house. We were delighted to see Joe again as he had delivered the boxes to us and then led the team that cleared our house in Scotland. He now led the team to deliver our goods to us in Biggleswade. This was during the heatwave and on one of the hottest days we've ever seen. Needless to say, because of the hot weather, the unload took longer than normal. Showing great leadership, pace and management, Joe ensured water breaks were taken regularly and that everything went smoothly. I was highly impressed with his and his colleagues character, work ethics and commitment. Joe and Harry were both a superb example of a committed, carefull and caring removals man. Again, there was absolutely no damage to either the house nor our belongings.
From first contact with their admin staff, with the surveyor and with both teams of movers, both led by Joe, the company was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

From our very first email exchanges to the delivery of the last box, everything was handled flawlessly—even with the challenge of carrying everything up five flights of stairs without an elevator, and despite my request to change the moving date.

The person who came to provide a quote was freindly, and gave us a reasonable price. The guys turned up on time, and were very efficient, were careful not to damage anything and had us moved with zero stress. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Our overseas shipment was delivered today, July 9, 2026, to our flat in Edinburgh. While the total transit time from our pickup in New Jersey on April 10 was longer than initially expected, we understand the port congestion and shipping irregularities were external factors.

The local crew was professional and efficient, ensuring all items arrived in good condition. We appreciate the proactive communication from the international coordination team throughout the customs clearance and delivery scheduling process.
