I registered our details with Rhiannon at Clarkes during our recent property search. Although Clarkes did not find us our new property the support I received from Rhiannon was incredible considering our house was not yet under offer and we weren't really in a position to make an offer on a purchase anyway. She rang me every couple of weeks to check in and get an update from me. I certainly did not receive this type of service from any other agents. She really did go out of her way and, I think, is a real credit to her profession.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped to advance sale a bit by giving seller a gentle nudge to contact their solicitor to give them a nudge too. Something that is needs do be once in a while I’m sure.

I sold my studio flat with Clarkes and the sale was not straightforward as the lease on the property was short and I had originally hoped to extend the lease. However the freeholders were not easy to deal with and the team at Clarkes pulled out all the stops to steer me through the minefield of lease negotiation. Not only this but there were many different options I could have taken on the sale and, again, I was so well advised by Clarkes that the usual stress from selling a property was greatly alleviated and I was grateful for the professionalism and knowledge of the team who looked after my sale. I strongly advise anyone who is selling a property to use Clarkes long-standing experience and knowledge and who will be able to foresee any possible pitfalls that may arise. Highly recommended.

Having been told we would be able to view a property and have our offer considered we were then called on route from London only to be told they had gone ahead with sealed bids the day before. A simple email or quick phone call out of courtesy would have saved time, money and disappointment. Really unprofessional.
