electric sprayer

I recently bought an electric spraying machine from Clarks which I couldn't find anywhere else and I was delighted to be able to buy in Ireland and it arrived swiftly and is of excellent quality, when I had a query Calvin came back to me immediately and sent me out additional parts have been me without any charge whatsoever. Clarks of Cavan supplied me with a…

Clarkes of Cavan took 12 days and only after a chasing up with a number of emails to supply me with what turned out to be a a faulty PCb board for an husqvarna robot mower. They then refused both a refund or an exchange or a return of the pcb . Their customer service was none existant and they didnt answer the phones even though I tried calling several times .Their emails were arrogant and dismissive so I would have been out of pocket to the tune of £123.00 if paypal protection hadn,t stepped in .
So my advice is be wary of buying from this company and use some form of payment protection if you do choose to purchase from them .

Eliet shredder

I recently bought an eliet shredder from clarkes. I was dealing with Gavin and he couldn't have been more helpful. The machine is brilliant, easy to manoeuvre and very easy on fuel. I would definitely buy from clarkes again.

Paid for items and recieved none

Ordered 2 items, they sent them seperatly for whatever reason, one is still sitting in transit and not moved in over a week, i asked them to check and got no response. The other item sent was wrong, not even close to what i ordered and no response on this either. So far i have paid for 2 items plus shipping almost 2 weeks ago and recieved neither. Avoid.
