Jas D. was instrumental in the purchase of my new home. He kept me in the loop throughout, advised me when things were delayed and needed to get an extension on my mortgage - honestly, would not have happened without him. Huge asset to Clark Marshall Associates, including Joanne and the Admin Team!! I now have my new home for my family and I thanks to him and the team - Incredible work, thank you Jas, Joanne and Admin Team!

I have worked with Nick Cooper and Clarke Marshall Associates for 10 years, across 2 properties and multiple mortgage applications. The service has been fantastic. From working closely with Nick and their team, I know that their recommended advice if the best in the market. We will always be grateful for the additional support and time we were given whilst some unforeseen obstacles arose when purchasing our home, however, they were relentless until we were signed and moved. I can't rate/recommend them highly enough.

I started working with Helen and Lisa when I bought a shared ownership property years ago. Since then I’ve been in touch with them for advice and help with remortgaging, staircasing and buying my next property. Helen always gives me down to earth, real advice and that has helped me feel confident with the next move. I’ve had some fairly complex requirements and she always explains things clearly. I’d really recommend them.

I was referred to Helen and Lisa through L&Q, and from the very first interaction, they exceeded my expectations. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain every part of the mortgage process clearly and thoroughly.

I received an excellent mortgage rate, and the whole process was truly seamless. They always responded quickly to my questions, which kept everything on track and easy to manage.

I have been dealing with Clark Marshall due to the fact that L&Q has a contract with this company which are hired to complete financial sign off for each property buyer.

Helen Wyles from Clark Marshall has been sitting on my documents for a week, even she sent me an email cause she could not see a financial transaction in a plane sight on a bank statement. Clearly completely incompetent, complete waste of time. L&Q has charged me £500 for a reservation however they are unable to complete simple financial sign off which requires going through a few bank statements.

Very poor experience with both Clark Marshall and L&Q

Highly recommend Clark and Marshall to handle the mortgage procedures, Nick and Lara were very helpful throughout the process and always available when needed!

Not a very nice experience. I had to chase and chase “the reception person” Amanda to do a favour and pass my financial assessment to mysterious Jo who never even contacted me….
Avoid at all cost!

I had to do financial assessment with them, it’s a must for L&Q. This lasy Helen got pissed during the assessment because we already had a broker and we didn’t choose her. She was sitting on our application for 2 weeks doing nothing. Then we got an email from a guy saying that he’s going to do it for us, which he did in two days, TWO DAYS! We could potencially lose the flat because of her. She should be fired, I can see i’m not the only one who has problem with this lady. Avoid if you can!

I was referred by L&Q to a financial advisor from this company (Helen W) who was extremely rude throughout the whole process and just refused to help, I ended up trying to withdraw my application but luckily I was referred to a new financial advisor who were lovely and swiftly helped me get my application approved, avoid this company

Ross has been absolutely phenomenal through the process of me buying my first home with Shared Ownership in London. He has been patient, understanding, diligent, and always answered my many MANY questions.

Could not recommend him enough! Will be coming back to him again when I need to remortgage.
