I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Clarus Education - specifically with Shevonnae. Coming straight from university, the prospect of applying for my first unqualified teaching job was very daunting and overwhelming. However, Shevonnae put me at ease from the very first email and continued to contact schools until she found the right one for me - and I ended up getting the job! She was both professional and friendly which made the whole experience so much easier for me. I couldn't recommend the agency any more. I spoke to several people at Clarus Education about finding a role for my NQT year and in the end worked specifically with Ryan. The whole team were very open about all the procedures and had lots of tailored suggestions for me. Ryan did an excellent job negotiating specific details on my behalf and I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Clarus Education and they got back to me straight away. I was looking for a job position for January. I did not expect to find something as I had left it late to apply, but Shevonnae was amazing and she was able to secure an interview for me. I am extremely happy with the service provided by my consultant. I like that this agency look for long term and permanent position for teachers, as opposed to supply.

I had a meeting with a member of the team. I was told as I held a 2.1 degree from a Russell group university I was a perfect candidate and they would sort me a job as soon as possible. They gave me a very strong impression that there would be a job for me as soon as my dbs check was sorted. I was told about various schools that were looking for teaching assistants asap and they would get me interviews for them.

I paid near £50 for this dbs that they requested. I then did everything they asked me to. I rang multiple times to inquire about what the next steps were and received answers such as 'it's a school holiday, call next week' and 'I'm on annual leave for the next 2 weeks so can't help you right now'.

I then never heard from them again and was completely ghosted. Very unprofessional. I was out of work for a month due to the fact they had insisted there were roles available for immediate start as soon as my DBS was done. Was clearly all fabricated and I never heard from them again. Waste of my time and money.

I had an excellent experience with Clarus Education, in particular Cleveland, who was very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was attentive to my preferences and found me a position I am extremely happy with. Cleveland provided great tips and advice to prepare me for the interview stage and I felt supported the whole way. Overall I am wholly satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Really quick and simple process getting signed up and placed with a school. My consultant, Chloe Fallon, was so helpful and friendly giving me all the tools I needed to really ace the interview while also being incredibly attentive in feeding back to me after the interview. Couldn't recommend more.

I was contacted by Clarus almost immediately after registering and was instantly impressed with their efficiency in securing me interviews at a number of schools as well as how personable and hardworking every employee I interacted with was. I felt as though they took a real interest in finding me a role to suit my preferences and listened carefully to my feedback following trial days in order to tailor future school suggestions. The agency also helped make me feel confident in the lead up to interviews at a time when I was doubting my ability.
