Ordered over 4 weeks ago and still not received my items contacted classic Jersey by email no reply also phoned customer service number surprise surprise no answer please save you time and money and buy from answer company because this one is a joke.

terrible. this is the first time i’ve ever done this and for a reason, saw ads so thought it must be proper site but took £50 off me and never sent anything. didn’t even reply to my emails. guess i’ll just never see the money again

Reading these reviews I feel lucky to have received the item at all. Delivery took around a month, communication poor and slow - have now spent the past month requesting a refund as item didn’t fit. Since December, they have ignored emails, calls, voicemails, texts and I have also used the online web page contact form. No response at all. Phone line Just rings. I Have now reported this business.

Sadly I did not read the reviews before I ordered. Same experience as other people on this review site. Long delivery time, poor correspondence from the company and not value for money. Interestingly the item valuation for import tax on the package (which came direct from China) was $6 so a massive mark up from the £50 that was paid for the item. I would definitely not recommend this company.

DO NOT ORDER! Definitely A SCAM I ordered 3 tops 2/12/21 for Christmas Presents and am still waiting on these! Haven’t heard from the company from 29/12/21 when they said they have been posted and emailed me a photo of my order but still nothing from them (11/1/22) BEYOND A JOKE! Now am down the money and have to buy something else for family members for Christmas!! NEVER AGAIN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered on the 4th of December for a Christmas present. It’s a month later and nothing. No email response and I’m a student who really needs my money back and it is causing me too much stress. I have had no update at all. If I receive the item, I will amend my review.

It was worth the wait, my recommendation is that you choose the paid shipping method, if you select the free shipping method you must be patient, most of the people on this site are just people frustrated by the wait, just pay a little more for shipping if you don't want to wait

I totally agree with the last persons comment. I have emailed and called several times and still haven't received my purchase. I received an email of 10% discount on my next order. I placed this delivery on 06/12/21 - had an email saying there was a problem with shipping but it was sorted and would receive in the next few days. Still nothing, I've emailed and left messages for the last two days. Terrible service - DO NOT USE!

Is this company a hoax? Ordered on 3/12/21. They took my payment on that date and here we are 21/12/21 not heard a thing - no email confirmation nothing. I emailed them and got a very fishy photo of T-shirts on somebody’s rug with a label saying they were sent but no date or anything - looks like a scam in someone’s living room to me! Then they said I could order again with 10% off - umm no just taking my money for no product BE WARNED I AM NOT CONVINCED THIS IS A REAL COMPANY!!!!

So I came back here because I was skeptical on ordering based on the reviews it had. My order did take a little long , about 4 weeks, but I must say it was worth the wait. The jersey looks great. I’m very pleased

Was ordered as a gift - Said it would take 10 days, ended up taking 4+ weeks. Have asked for a refund and stated I no longer needed the items 5+ times and he's still not refunded the money. Have let the relevant authorities know and they're dealing with the request.

The lettering on the jersey is already damaged upon delivery and I haven’t even worn it once. Emailed their ‘customer service’ but there is no response at all. Terrible jersey quality and customer service. Came to know they have just changed their name recently to Classic-Jersey. They were previously known as Vintage Jerseys. Why will anyone change their business name if they have a good reputation to begin with? There are other soccer jersey stores like TBJerseys selling better quality jerseys and with better custom service.
