Great no looking back for me
Getting started it was scary but the support has been great after great.
Importing my data was worth while, took a bit longer than I expect but the format didn’t match had to juggle some bits around and add a lot of missing data I hadn’t kept on my kids.
6 weeks in it’s hard to think about how I used to do it as it’s just so much easier now I also have my team on the software which is really helpful specially with digital registers.
This term I opted for card payments which reduced a lot of headache for me, will be pushing this more and more in the future.
Recommend to anyone very good

Great but needs parent portal
Everything I need except parent portal. Great staff and easy to use that my last software looking forward to parent portal I’m promise is coming soon otherwise I would give 5 stars

Far easier to bill our students
Far easier to bill our students. Previously I managed my wife’s dance school invoices on excel and this has been huge wave of positivity on the invoicing side. I’d like to see more on the messaging side is promised TXTing is coming soon and the email stuff works really well, again much easier than our old routines. I’m really happy and my wife is also which is fab too!

A breath of fresh air
A breath of fresh air, my life is so much easier since using claas manager, I can do billing way quicker than the way my husband and I did on spreadsheets and accounting software before. Handy to share data with my teachers and the help I had on the phone has been second to none. Thank you 🙏🏼

Great Value, Highly Recommend
Really cheap and great staff on the end of the phone. Always adding new features and managing my school has been much easier since I started, specially on billing.
