Very cheap material, it arrived on time but it is literally not like the picture what a waste of money!!!!

Well I was expecting my delivery, however it showed that its been delivered but mot received the item, not only that when I enquired regarding my packaging no apology oh u have to contact the shipment company, I'm so upset and dont know what to do.

i ordered a jacket from this website. shipping was really slow. which is ironic because it’s coming from China and i get my shein packages quicker than this. long story short, the tracking says my package was delivered. not only to the wrong address BUT THE WRONG TOWN! it’s in my state but the wrong town. and i put in the correct address too. i emailed customer service asking for a refund. they gave me my refund and apologized for the inconvenience. i gave 3 stars only bc customer service was nice, empathetic & was prompt with their response. but i wanted my jacket :/ idk if i’ll ever purchase anything form this site again.
