Another amazing shirt has arrived but I’d like to thank the team at Claudio Lugli for all their help.
This shirt was ordered and dispatched on 27/4, once with DPD it disappeared without any trace, sadly there wasn’t another one available for a replacement to be sent.
The hard work and perseverance of the Claudio team instigating an investigation into what had happened and over a week later DPD found the parcel an got it delivered straight away.
As always the team at Claudio went far beyond expectations, the shirt means so much being Forget Me Nots and the flower for Dementia so I can’t thank them enough. 💙

I love it more than my first Claudio jacket!
I like the delivery, whoever it is, they seem to take great care as it comes in a huge box
Yes, it is a little more expensive but I think if you want quality then you need to pay a little bit more for it, rather than buying cheap & then buying again a few years down the line
I picked up a hell of a lot of compliments at work when I had this on with my crowns shirt - 3 different people told me I looked very 'regal'
These jackets and shirts will last a lifetime if you look after them as well as they've been made
Really happy
Hoping that I'll be in a position to maybe buy more......maybe
I also love how they work well dressed up or down, with a smart pair of jeans or as a smart outfit for work

Racing inspired T-shirts come in at No.1
Purchased the racing inspired T-shirts, a first for CL. The guys even put them by for me to pick up at Goodwood members' meeting. The quality of the T-shirts are excellent, and the designs are perfect to wear with casual chinos or more smart trousers.

Shirt is great and good customer service when issue arose
Shirt didn’t arrive but courier was totally at fault , I regrettably left a negative feedback as I felt like I was getting nowhere - however guy I spoke to on phone was great and sorted within 10 mins! Cannot fault that kind of customer service! And I got my shirt which is great too
I will be back and less likely to presume the worst next time too !

Ordered a shirt wrong size stated on website
Ordered a shirt, using the website, whilst on the website the shirt was only available in (Large) which was what I was looking for with all other sizes having a cross in the relevant boxes,
When order was placed received a confirmation email stating I had ordered a small which was incorrect as all other sizes were out of stock, replied immediately to email stating the wrong size was on confirmation email & could I have it in Large NEVER received a reply,.
Shirt arrived and in a small even when it arrived the webpage showed the shirt still available but only In Large??
Filled in return slip and wanted an exchange posted at own expense (which I knew about).
Then received confirmation of return accepted and suddenly the webpage was updated with no stock available,
applied to be refunded,
My experience this time (returning customer) was well short of satisfactory customer service was terrible.

The reason I only gave 4 stars was delivery was late. I had stopped home expecting delivery and was concerned that the shirts might not arrive on time for my holiday.

Superb quality shirts and chinos that all arrived next day (this was essential as the trousers and the flowery shirt were for a funeral). And were a perfect fit too. Not my first purchase from Claudio Lugli and certainly won’t be my last.
