One word - Awful. Advice - Avoid.

Data, especially when scraped from LinkedIn, is not reliable and, in the cases I checked out of date by months, creating a potential business and personal credibility issue.

Customer Service, although it is a stretch to call it that, is appalling. Ignoring requests for a refund and failing to use the email thread - making it harder to keep continuity of your question.

Now deleted the account completely and $50 out of pocket!

I don't know these people, and it is a violation of privacy. Most of the information I have deleted, but it appears and has never registered with them.

Do not use this!! They will take your money under false pretenses. I wanted to test out Clay.earth. They require you to place a credit card to complete onboarding BUT they said they would give notice for a free trial. I never got a free trial or even finished onboarding. They started charging my card with ZERO warning and *never* even gave notice they were charging it months. This is extremely deceptive and fraudulent.

Abuse. Copying my data from Linkedin, Flickr, other social profiles and made up facts about me. "They" (not sure its even a company) are based in New York which I'm sure has strong privacy laws against this.
They also copy my profile picture without my consent.

They create profiles without authorization using AI and speak as if the information they are sharing are facts when they are interpretation of available data online. It's wrong and inaccurate and should not be legal.

They want your creditcard info for the free tier... seems like a complete scam

this site is a scammy website. i never subscribed and it picked up my name and uses peoples' profiles without their knowledge.
i checked today the website and it asks for credit card details right at the start.
very very very suspicious...

I wouldn't use these absolute pirates. They have debited money from my account and now continue to ignore a fourth request for a refund.
