DONT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR RATING THEY HAVE GOOGLE REMOVE ANY NEGATIVE RATINGS. This is really how they operate ...We pre ordered and purchased and paid for an AR 630 pressure washer for 1200.00 usd from the clean garage months ago. Finally we received a box from the clean garage shipped through federal express that had been destroyed and item Damaged. Many attempts to contact the clean garage for months now to request a replacement unit. they do not have a phone number to call. they do not respond. or have any employees for customer service.after months of trying to contact them they are telling our company to take photos and FOR US to have OUR COMPANY file a claim with fedex. (this is not how the process works. the shipper must file the claim with the shipping company)....they are obviously operating out of the basement like the other unfortunate person who gave them 1 star noted.(btw that was removed also) the clean garage should not be operating a company in America. They should send a call tag and once received send out a new unit. However we are not dealing with professional here. they are you tubers that should have never gotten in business!! we will be filing complaits with the better business bureau and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania department of state. we will consider additional filings.

Fast shipping horrible customer service
They have the fastest shipping but the legit most incompetent and passive aggressive customer service. 2 items missing from my box. I am close to 12 emails into this back and forth and the passive aggression and attitude is remarkable. Now they are sending me replacement products as a courtesy, even though I paid for them, even though I clearly stated i already repurchased them as I needed them a week ago, when i first tried to buy them. Last purchase with this company. bye
