End of tennancy clean: Not a good experience overall
Cleaner was punctual and nice, she did clean but no where near well enough for 150 pound. There was still dust everywhere. marks on the hob which she said was damage, yet with some cif and a sponge I removed the marks easily. There was still dust and marks all over the floor and window ledges. Wet dust on the doors and counter tops like they had been cleaned with a dirty rag. Oven and and fridge were half decently done hence 2 stars and not 1. But I feel I should have paid £50 at most for this not £150. We also had a drying rack for dishes on the side that was thrown in the bin.

Dreadful end of tenancy service
Dreadful end of tenancy service. The property was not clean and we had to pay an additional cleaning charge to our landlord. We expected a call when the job was done but that didn't happen and when we returned the door was left open.
Edit: after days of unanswered emails and calls you only rang back when contacted via an alternative email address seeking a new booking. We were offered a reclean however we had moved out and the property had already been cleaned properly at that stage.

Very happy with the service

Easy to book, good price and great service quality
Very easy to book and a great price was offered for end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner showed on time and well equipped. The job was completed for 4 and a half hours for 2 bed flat and the result was excellent. Thanks!
