We booked last minute and managed to get a booking for next day for our end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner we booked Chris came on time was pleasant and called to let us know he was done I was shocked how he made the flat look brand new absolutely spotless. Very thankful as it means we will get our deposit back. Brillant job done and thanks again to Chris

Shocking service hired for end of tenancy clean and I had to get my mum and boyfriend round to clean the place with me. Oven wasn’t cleaned enough.windows not cleaned. Sides not cleaned. Floors were not mopped. Even marks were left on the carpet from rust so had to have the carpet cleaned again. Dust in the skirtings, cobwebs in the ceilings. Toilet wasn’t cleaned properly everything had to be redone she took 4 hours for 1 bed property but what did she do. Not accept table you be better off paying £200 for another company to clean your flat than having the stress of completing it yourself and risk loosing your deposit.

Very great service, every place is spotless and clean. The cleaning is very detailed and careful. The price is reasonable, the service definitely worth the price! Recommend to people looking for cleaning service!

We hired Clean & Clean for an End of Tenancy cleaning mid August. We had emailed back and forth prior to the booking to ensure that certain services would be included. When the inventory was done after the check out, the inventory noted several points of inadequate cleaning which we were then charged for by our landlord. The inventory took pictures and it is clear that Clean & Clean did not do an adequate job. The cleaner also left a trash bag with cleaning supplies behind (which we were also charged for by the landlord).

I emailed the company with extensive screenshots of the inventory report to point out to them how their lack of skill and care in their service had affected us. They did not respond. A week later I called them up and asked why they haven’t responded and what they will do next. They said they would get back to us. It has now been another week and a half and they have yet to contact us again.

I would avoid so as not to risk not getting your full deposit back and having to deal with a company that is obviously not going to sort their issues with you. Will continue chasing though and have not ruled out taking legal action.

On time, polite, finished earlier but all was clean as expected.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I had a HORRIBLE experience. The cleaner did not clean, I have reported them to the ombudsmen. I ordered a deep clean end of tenancy for a one bedroom flat. They spent 3 hours, there were visible crumbs everywhere, the floors had not been mopped, the shower was not cleaned. They left pools of water from shampooing the sofa. I don't know what they spent 3 hours doing. They insisted on cash and refused to offer a refund.

UPDATED post reply below: The below reply is inaccurate. I have several email chains and photos of the cleaning that I shared with the company. I also texted the cleaner directly who replied but did nothing to correct the horrible cleaning. Looking forward to the Ombudsman's report and action.
