I was struggling to find a professional cleaners for my 5 bedroom house until i found Clean Day London.
The booking via telephone was made very easy with kind lady.
Friendly staff pay close attention.

I recently hired Cleanday for an end of tenancy clean, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I booked, their communication was clear, friendly, and efficient. The team arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to tackle every corner of the property.

I booked a deep clean which wasn’t deep at all, I came back to find dusty skirting boards and a dirty bathroom. When I asked them to come back and reclean, the cleaners were really angry and the whole experience was unpleasant. Avoid!

Absolutely shocking company to deal with they cancel on the day of the clean, good job we didn't pay a deposit, I would advise avoid at all costs!!! That are extremely rude and unbothered by this, seems they clearly do not want the works.

Very pleased with the level of service we received from CleanDay from start to finish. Managed to make an appointment very quickly and at a competitive price. They turned up on time and did a great job - our sofa and armchair now look as good as new! Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Very professional carpet cleaner, did a wonderful job on our stair and landing. He made the colour of the carpet looks brighter and left the place spotless.
Have used the company many times in the past and will definitely use again as well as recommend.

CleanDay was very accommodating and followed strictly our instructions in terms of arrival, key collection, and return. The cleaners also follow strictly social distancing rules. At the end, they even sent a photo of the apartment after it's been cleaned.
No problem with our landlord upon inspection.
Would definitely recommend them for end-of-tenancy cleaning.

We booked CleanDay London to complete an end of tenancy clean on a 3 bed flat. Upfront communication was prompt and clear and I was quoted £230 for a full clean of the property (excluding carpets) - which felt expensive, but having had a good experience previously, paid up-front.
The day before the scheduled clean, we were contacted to ask whether we could shift our slot to the afternoon due to one of their cleaners being off due to possible Covid which was not possible due to our check-out report being booked for the afternoon, and the last day of the tenancy. Therefore, on the day of the clean, a single cleaner turned up. She was in the property for 4 and a half hours and whilst she did an average job for a standard clean, it was nowhere near the standard you would expect for an end of tenancy clean - and £230!!
After she left, I noticed a number of things which had been missed (a recycling bin which still had food spilt in it, carpets that had not been hoovered, skirting boards which were thick with dust and a dirty microwave, amongst about 20 or so other things). I immediately emailed a list of these, along with pictures - who requested I send the check-out report. After several painful emails, they offered a re-clean or a £20 refund (supposedly the 1 hour it would have taken to remediate). Despite the many reasonable points that made on email to CleanDay, including the fact I effectively paid £45 per hour - they did not offer more than this.
I would not recommend that you use them.

Job: Clean the carpets of a 2 bed flat at the end of a rental.
Result: Great. the cleaner was on time, very polite and did a great job.

Booked an end of tenancy cleaning with CleanDay. They were on time, kept to budget and were polite. My 1 bed flat got thoroughly cleaned by the standards of my landlord. Highly recommend. :)

The 2 stars are for being on time and polite. I used Cleanday to clean my carpets. Unfortunately, the carpets look exactly the same as before unlike the pictures of before/after they have on their website. They have listed a number of steps they perform to get the carpets clean but other than using steam to wash the carpets there was nothing else done to get them clean. So all I ended up are carpets that looked the same and needed 2 days to dry out + lose of payment. Not recommended.
Update - Since the previous review CleanDay agreed to come out and reclean the dirty patches after much communication. Only patches I pointed out were cleaned according to the steps given on their website. Improvement was noticed except for by the front door. This was deemed to be due to the age of the carpet according to the cleaner. The whole carpet should have been cleaned according to the steps on their website in the first place.

This was the 3rd time I’d used CleanDay. It was obvious from the starting point how hard the cleaners worked on this ‘End of Tenancy’ clean. There was a lot of attention to detail. My flat went from neglected and filthy to refreshed and very clean. I would definitely recommend. Thanks.
