Our oils are made specifically for cold-air (waterless) diffusers, delivering a clean, consistent fragrance that fills your space without heat, water, or mess. Each 16 fl oz bottle is crafted in small batches across our signature collection of scents, from our best-selling Brazilian Waves to fresh linens and warm florals. We started Cleaning Day with a simple idea: bring the calm, grounded feeling of a Sunday reset into your home any day of the week. That ritual — lighting up your space, taking a breath, and enjoying a fragrance you love — is at the heart of everything we make. As a small business, every order matters to us. Terrible company

Terrible company, and this is a follow up to previous review in which the company ensured a full refund no questions asked or correct product shipped again. The “full refund” is what I’ve been asking for since I received the fake product and every few days they return an “offer to make it right and thankful for the opportunity “ yet they started with 30% refund offer and last received was a 90% refund. I have declined I want a full refund, even the $8 it would cost me for a 90% is more than I’m willing to spend on this very poor representation of a legit company and fake product! Do. Not. Buy. From this company!

Do not order from this company!!

Do not order from this company!!! They are a scam!!! The products they sent me were not what I ordered, didn’t even come from their company. Emailed them about it for weeks and they refuse to give me my refund. This company is fake!!!!!

Warning, run, they take your money and then nothing

They advertise 1-2 day shipping. It’s been a month, I placed the order August 10th, it’s September 11 and still haven’t heard anything, they don’t respond to emails. I’m going to be asking for a chargeback from my credit card company. Horrible business practice, avoid this place.

Hi — a month of silence on your emails isn't acceptable, and I'm sorry. Your order was placed during our pre-order window with a September 20 ship date, but that clearly wasn't communicated well enough at checkout and it doesn't excuse us not replying to you. Please email me at [support@cleaningday.co] with your order number — I'll get you either a firm tracking number today or a full refund, whichever you'd rather have. Cleaningday.co Is a SCAM

I want to give 0 stars! Fake products! They show a company that is based in the US to sell to us, but the products come from China and are NOT what I ordered. They are using another company’s product pictures and put the Cleaning Day name on the bottle and advertising on major social media sites selling their diffuser oils using influencers that say everything is great! I have pictures of what I ordered and what was sent. I ordered four specific 16 oz bottles of diffuser oils on Aug. 9th, I reached out to customer service after waiting 3 weeks for my order. I then received a bag of four tiny (3oz) random fake oils, sent from China, NOT what I ordered and spent $80 for. The further scam is they now say I must return the items and I have to pay for the return shipping!! So I have to pay my money to send back fake random oils!! They are a total scam!! I have pictures of what I ordered and what I was sent. I want my money back. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Two things immediately: don't pay for return shipping — we'll cover it, or you can keep what you have, we're not asking you to spend money to fix our mistake. And tell me which you'd prefer, a full refund or the correct four 16oz bottles sent out, and I'll do it today. Email [support@cleaningday.co] with your order number, or reply here and I'll find it. If you're willing to send those photos, they'd genuinely help me figure out where this broke.
